Dear Ladies,

We warmly welcome you and your partners and children to join us for a delightful IWAK picnic! This summer event promises a day filled with BBQ, outdoor games, and wonderful company.

We have a few leftover items from X-mas, including several bottles of red and white wine, orange and apple juice, bottled water, tea, coffee, and napkins. We kindly ask our guests to bring the bbq items and additional dishes to share + any other picnic items you find suitable.

To minimize plastic waste and one-time-use garbage, please bring your own tableware and cutlery.

The BBQ area at Kryspinow is common, so please be aware there might be a queue. Entrance to the area and parking are payable; you can check the prices on the official website.
There is also a lovely beach where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Feel free to bring any outdoor shareable play equipment such as balls or badminton sets.

Please note that no transport will be provided, but the location is reachable by public transport.

Would be great to have some cash with you cause we would collect in-kind donations for IWAK website update and other needs during the event. This is also the last event by this committee, we hope some of you would join the team next year
