This year IWAK’s annual Christmas charity event is the Golden Party, held to support the Centre for Autism and Complex Development Disabilities (http://www.centrum-autyzmu.pl). Since 2013, the Centre has been providing a wide range of professional, educational, medical and consulting services to students with autism spectrum disorders and their parents. This year’s funds are earmarked for the renovation of the Centre’s educational kitchen and dining area. All monies will go towards the purchase of new furniture and kitchen appliances.
Hosted at the spectacular ballroom of Avangarda Restaurant on Zybilkiewicza 1 on Saturday 7 December, 7 PM to midnight, the night will include great music, drinks and an elegant buffet of gourmet canapes and finger foods, as well as a fine selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. There will be live music, both live and silent auctions, as well as a DJ to dance to. Everyone will get a chance to have their photo taken professionally at this elegant early-1920s venue and be in the lucky draw to win some beautiful prizes thanks to our generous sponsors.
